Our Story
Like many good stories, this one starts with work.
Before Helm, we were freelancers and small business owners. We worked with clients around the world — delivering projects, sending invoices, and then waiting. Getting paid often took weeks. Banks held funds, piled on hidden charges, and chipped away at what we’d earned with poor exchange rates.
We realised the financial system wasn’t built for how modern work moves. It was built for a world of local banks and paper cheques — not for people and businesses working across borders every day.
So we set out to build a better way.
Our mission
We believe money should move as freely as the internet. For freelancers, small businesses, and global companies, that means payments that are instant, fair, and borderless — not delayed by banks or eaten by hidden fees. Helm exists to build that system: one trusted platform where anyone can get paid, hold global accounts, and move money across borders with transparency and speed.

Fair.
Work shouldn’t stop while you wait for money to clear. A designer in Mexico, a developer in Poland, or an agency in Brazil — all of them need cash flow today, not next week.
Helm makes payments move at the speed modern business demands. No chasing transfers, no watching balances stuck in limbo. Just money arriving when it’s supposed to: instantly.
Borderless.
The internet has made work global, yet money is still treated like it belongs to one country at a time. Freelancers and businesses everywhere are held back by where their bank is registered.
Helm removes that barrier. With real USD and EUR accounts and seamless payouts, your money works wherever you do — without borders slowing it down.
