Conformance
Hael conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What this means
- All content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust
- Colour contrast ratios meet 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text
- Every interactive element is keyboard-reachable with visible focus indication
- Forms have associated labels and announce success and error states to assistive technology
- We test continuously with axe-core in CI on every legal page and authenticated route
Known limitations
We track open accessibility issues publicly in our changelog. None are currently classified as critical or serious.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email hello@hael.ai with a description of the issue, the URL, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days.
