PARTNERS

For firms implementing AI governance for their clients.

Hael partners with vCISO practices, ISO consultancies, AI-governance advisories and system integrators — the firms that stand up management systems for their clients.

The firms that implement, not the bodies that certify.

Hael partners with vCISO practices, boutique ISO consultancies, AI-governance advisories and system integrators — the firms that build and run AI management systems for their clients.

We do not partner with accredited certification bodies, and we do not refer work to them. A firm that helps build a management system cannot then certify it; that independence is the point of the certificate. Our partners do the implementation work, the certification body audits it, and the two stay separate.

HOW WE WORK WITH PARTNERS

A working relationship, not a referral scheme.

Joint delivery on the same frameworks
We run readiness, gap and audit-preparation engagements against ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF and GDPR. Where a partner leads the client relationship, Hael provides specialist AI-governance depth alongside their team; where Hael leads, partners bring the surrounding security or ISMS expertise.
A shared method, documented in public
The way we run engagements — diagnostic, roadmap, artefacts, internal audit, certification support — is set out on our services pages. Partners work to the same method and the same evidence bar, so a client moving between our firms is not learning a new system.
Referrals in both directions
Where a client needs work we do not deliver, we introduce a partner. Where a partner encounters an AI-governance question outside their remit, they introduce Hael. Terms are agreed in writing, engagement by engagement, with clear attribution and no channel conflict.

GETTING STARTED

Four steps.

01
Introduction
We meet, understand the practice you run and where AI governance sits in it, and agree whether a working relationship is the right fit for both sides.
02
Shared method
Your team is walked through how Hael runs readiness, implementation, internal audit and audit-preparation engagements, so joint delivery uses the same evidence bar.
03
Joint engagements
Where a client benefits from both firms, we deliver together — lead firm, supporting firm and scope agreed in writing before the work begins.
04
Bilateral referrals
Terms are agreed engagement by engagement in writing, with clear attribution. There is no volume commitment, no exclusivity, and no per-lead fee.
Commercial terms are agreed engagement by engagement, in writing.

Your existing clients are about to ask.

Enterprise buyers now screen for ISO/IEC 42001 before the first RFP round, and the AI module has entered the CAIQ and SIG Lite.

The clients you already advise on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are being asked questions they cannot yet answer, and they will ask you first. The firms that can respond with a working management system — rather than a policy document — will take that work.
