THE OPERATING MODEL
The precise programme depends on your organisation, but it will usually include governance structure, policy, accountability, an AI system inventory, risk and impact assessment, lifecycle controls, supplier oversight, incident management and review.
Where relevant, we also implement controls for transparency, human oversight, testing, data governance, security, monitoring, change management and customer assurance.
Each element is assigned to an owner and connected to evidence that shows how it operates. Leadership receives a clear view of material systems, decisions, risks and outstanding actions.
PLANNING THE WORK
The programme begins with the governance objective, the AI systems involved, the standards or regulations in scope and the work already completed. We agree the target operating model before implementation begins. You receive defined workstreams, responsibilities, dependencies, timetable and fee.
Where security, privacy, quality, risk or compliance processes already operate, we reuse them where appropriate. We identify what can transfer, what needs adapting and what must be created specifically for AI. Implementation can be delivered as a complete programme or in prioritised phases around particular systems, business units or assurance deadlines.
