DESIGN PARTNERS

Discounted Year 1 access in exchange for case-study rights.

Accepting a small cohort of design partners — regulated firms, BaaS platforms and AI-first scale-ups facing the December 2027 EU AI Act high-risk application date or the February 2026 US Treasury FS AI RMF window. Qualifying partners receive significantly discounted pricing across all tiers and direct access to our regulatory practitioner team. In return, we ask for the right to publish a case study on completion of your first sealed artefact — Annex IV technical file, NIST AI RMF profile or US Treasury FS AI RMF examination pack.

QUESTIONS

Common pricing questions.

Why no published prices?

Artefact-production load is a function of regulatory exposure, AI system count, anchor frameworks and integration depth. A published flat rate would either underprice the work for a multi-jurisdictional bank facing the December 2027 EU AI Act high-risk regime alongside SR 26-02, or scare away an early-stage team that qualifies for the design-partner programme. A procurement-grade proposal from our team within one business day is the honest answer.

What does the bespoke artefact engagement actually deliver?

A sealed Annex IV technical file, AIMS record, AI RMF profile or algorithmic impact assessment — generated against the specific deployment context of the system, methodology-versioned, hash-chained back to source-of-truth operational state, and signed for submission to the competent authority. Not a template, not a tracker, not a workflow — the substantive document the regulator opens.

How does this compare to a regulatory consultancy engagement?

Hael replaces the external consultancy work that produces these artefacts. The methodology is the same standard a senior regulatory practitioner would apply — published, versioned, immutable. The difference is that the platform executes that methodology continuously against live operational state, rather than as a point-in-time engagement that ages from the day it is signed.

What is the timeline to first sealed artefact?

Typical engagement: four to six weeks from kickoff to first sealed artefact. Week one to two: integrations to the model registry, training data lineage and evaluation harness. Week three to four: methodology mapping against your anchor framework and the specific deployment context. Week five to six: generation, internal review, sealing. Faster paths are available for organisations already on supported MLOps stacks.

How does enterprise procurement work?

Standard institutional terms — DPA, SCCs, MSA. Security pack — pentest summary, sub-processor list, EU/US data residency attestation, SOC 2 Type II progress — available under NDA before contract. Most enterprise procurements close within six weeks. EU and US data residency selectable per tenant.
