ASSURANCE PROFILES

One living record for how your AI is governed.

Bring every AI system, organisation-approved claim, supporting source, reviewer decision and readiness gap into one maintained Assurance Profile. It becomes the internal source of truth behind every buyer-facing release and answer.

The private foundation of the Hael trust layer.

AI governance fails when the record is scattered.

An inventory can tell you which systems exist. It cannot, by itself, show what the organisation claims about them, which evidence supports those claims, who approved them or whether the supporting sources remain current. The Assurance Profile connects those elements into one governed record.

Systems and scope
Know which AI systems are covered, where they are used, their lifecycle state and which claims apply to them.
Claims and accountability
Record what the organisation is prepared to state, who authored it, who reviewed it and whether separate approval is required.
Evidence and provenance
Connect supporting, contextual and limiting sources directly to the claims and systems they relate to.
How it works

From inventory to defensible assurance.

STEP 01
Define the systems in scope
Register the AI systems your organisation builds, operates or deploys, with their lifecycle state and owner.
STEP 02
Connect claims to evidence
Draft the statements your organisation stands behind and connect each to supporting, contextual and limiting sources.
STEP 03
Separate authorship from approval
Authors and reviewers remain distinct. Material changes create a new revision rather than silently rewriting history.
STEP 04
Monitor readiness and source currency
Hael surfaces unresolved gaps, review-required claims and stale supporting sources so the record stays current.

Approval is part of the record.

Hael preserves the distinction between drafting and approval. Approved claims are immutable, authors cannot approve their own work, and material changes create a new revision rather than silently rewriting history.

Built to be maintained, not filed away.

AI systems, policies, evaluations and buyer expectations change. Hael identifies stale sources, unresolved gaps and review-required claims so the Assurance Profile remains a living governance record rather than a point-in-time folder.

The foundation for every assurance workflow.

The same governed profile powers controlled Assurance Links, grounded questionnaire answers, readiness reporting and Hael Counsel. Each workflow inherits the same scope, approved claims, sources and limitations.

Answers to the questions buyers ask first.

No. An Assurance Profile is private to your organisation by default. Buyers only receive information through a separately published Assurance Link release.

Part of the Hael trust layer

One governed record across the entire assurance lifecycle.

Assurance Profiles, Evidence and Claims, Assurance Link, Questionnaires, Continuous Governance and Hael Counsel all work from the same systems, sources, scope and approvals.

Start with the record every buyer answer will depend on.
