Green that means something.

The score counts only what is real: sealed documents, current evidence, named owners, in-date reviews. A dashboard of green ticks nobody owns is compliance debt with good lighting — Hael's score cannot be flattered, which is exactly why a board and a buyer can rely on it.

What to fix next, in order.

Every point the score is missing has a row in the queue, ranked by regulatory impact. Each row links to the Compliance Map entry or the document that resolves it. No detective work between knowing the score and improving it.

Exported, not rebuilt.

The quarterly governance report generates from the same record — readiness by framework, movements, incidents, open gaps with owners. It is an export button, not a fortnight of copy-paste.

The score is the record. The gap is the queue.
